Foundation
Our foundation is Jesus, His heart, His Culture, His direction and His will. Simply put: (Matthew 6:10) "ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN" Upon this foundation a structure is being built which is the Church and the door to the Church is Christ.
Woodland Evangelism exists to bring glory to God and hope to the world by calling the world to enter in through the door, we are proclaiming the gospel, we are calling men to Christ!

Evangelism
We labor to see the lost saved and restored to a place of INNOCENCE, INTIMACY, and IDENTITY through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
innocence: new nature
- We are helping people put off the old man and put on their new nature in Christ by grace and through faith.

intimacy: the veil is torn
- We are helping people to see the way Christ made through His blood for us to boldly approach His throne.
- We are helping people fix their eyes on Christ that their faith might rest in His works and not their own.
- Ephesians 1:7, Ephesians 2:13-18, Hebrews 4:16, Hebrews 10:19-22, Mark 15:38, John 14:6, James 4:8, Colossians 1:19-22, Romans 5:10-11
identity: sons and daughters of god
- We are helping people see who they are and live in their inheritance as sons and daughters of God.
- Ephesians 1:3-6, Ephesians 1:16-22, Romans 8:14-17, Galatians 3:26, Galatians 4:4-7, 1 John 3:1-2, 1 Peter 1:3-5, 2 Peter 1:2-4
Then the Lord God called to the man, and said to him, "Where are you?" - Genesis 3:9
The Genesis 3:9 cry of God is still reverberating throughout all the earth. Man was created in God's image to walk with God in INNOCENCE, INTIMACY, and IDENTITY.
Man was deceived, sin entered into the world, and through sin mankind was alienated from God. Death comes through sin because sin works to separate man kind from God in whom is life. God is still calling mankind from death to life, God is crying out to the lost, "where are you?" today.
We desire to tether the church to God's heart in the area of Evangelism and see the church rise up and call mankind from death to life, may we share in the burden of God's heart and cry out to the lost, "Where are you?" may we see a generation turn to God.

"All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

We are equipping the church to live out loud for Jesus everywhere all the time! We are taking up the great commission to make disciples and to see the gospel preached to ALL nations.
We desire to spur on and stir up believers in the area of evangelism through both local and global outreach. We are coordinating times for believers to come together to boldly step out and share their faith with a world in desperate need of a savior. We believe that by taking the first few steps together we will begin to grow in faith and boldness, leading to believers taking steps on their own in their everyday lives. Our hope is that with each step our pace quickens and soon we see the Church running to the lost, broken, and hurting with the gospel of Jesus Christ!

Local Outreach
Evangelism is currently taking place in partnership with Woodland's Youth Group, Young Adults Group, and small groups. In the context of these groups, people are being discipled and equipped to evangelize and outreaches are taking place.

Global Outreach
Our heart and desire is that every family would choose to be an active part of both local and global outreach. As a church, we pray that we become a blessing to our local community and impact the region in which we live; additionally we seek to be a globally minded church that inspires, equips, and sends those who are called to the nations. We desire to link arms with missionaries of like heart to see the kingdom of God come and impact the nations of the world.
Is it not written, My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations?…” - Mark 11:17
This gospel of the kingdoms shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.” - Matthew 24:14
